“A WEEKLY POLITICAL UPDATE”

1.      We need an explanation- why the presidential jet was impounded in America

2.       Mr. President-explain to us why should the Secretary for Treasury extort K16 Million from investors on behalf of DPP and you, your Excellency?

3.       The Youth for Freedom and Democracy demands and explanation on how DPP gets its funds for its operations; for we have the information that government and its institutions are giving K30 Million each every month for its operations.

4.       Youth for Freedom and Democracy have the information that Noel Masangwi and Mulli Brothers are giving the police money to cook-up evidence as to whom really torched or petrol bombed offices and McDonald Sembeleka’s house in Balaka.

5.       The Youth for Freedom and Democracy are in touch with DPP-plan as to how the police will torture and coach culprits to give false information to cover –up the real culprits on the same.

6.       Mr.  President-explain to us why setting aside K40 Million to counter 21stSeptember, 2011 vigil demonstrations.

7.       We in our organisation are ready to demonstrate and counter all your plans, but we are peace and good governance, thus why we are calling for peaceful vigil demonstrations on 21st September, 2011

8.       Mr. President as a youth  organisation, we are in majority and we have a large following to stage up a real revolution but we are not the revolution, we simply urge you to address issues raised by the civil society organisations on 20 July 2011

9.       The Youth for freedom and democracy have the information that you sent 2 army officers to America for trainings as plots for the presidential jet that the two (2)  officers have been sent back by the US government-why Mr. President?

10.   Mr President-explain to the people of Malawi on how you spent and used U$100 million you borrowed from PTA Bank for the purchase of petrol and diesel

11.   Mr President-why should Paladin Africa a company which is mining uranium at Kayerekera be banking U$100,000 every month to your personal account in Australia-when Malawi is experiencing a cute shortage of forex

12.   Mr President-why should Mulli-Brothers and Perks Ligoya the governor of the RBM own joint forex account in Dubai worth millions of dollars?

_ Mr President, the things we do day will haunt us for years to come

_  Mr President, you are leaving the office 2014 and in the Youth for Freedom and Democracy will definitely take you to account for the wealth you have accumulated on the expense of poor Malawians

So this is what they learn in the faculty of engineering at poly.. rubbish! its a testimony that there is no proper learning in our universities.. look at the grammar and these guys are fourth year… pls my friends pull up ur socks ur studies are going down coz u r busy with politics…leave politics to politicians.. u cant win political fights u r too young for politics. politics is a game which simply change chapters but never end. if u take it serious u waste ur time. it is not the duty of university kids to ask president to explain anything. where are your MPs? Dats wat we call jumping the gun. Am sorry democracy doesnot work that way. The President is answerable to proper ppl not just anyone. READ MALAWI CONSTITUTION. The information here is onesided.. And mere inuendo it does not have facts backing it. It is not balanced and therefore a classic crass of propaganda… It is a huge load of lies…do you think its easy to open a bank account in foreign country when u r not resident there? Bodza basi!

First of all, we are not born English speakers. Therefore, the topic about grammar does not bother us at all. I am sure you have half rat brain, therefore, you do not see the need to voice our concern. If you are a graduate, I feel sorry for you and I appeal to you to start studying again. John Chilembwe went to America to study. When he came back home, he noticed the suffering of Nyasa people. This made him to speak against the regime which ended up with his death. From this lesson, Mr Wiseman, I would like to tell you that, if you are part of the killings, just shut up because we will get you sooner or later.

I am a Malawian and I have bank accounts in the UK and Malawi. I know some of the issues raised are borne out of naivety but I respect the dead and have chosen not to say more. The Youth in Malawi have always been marginalised and to see that they now recognise that they cannot be ignored is a very good development.

You really are very ignorant. Talking about it is impossible to open bank accounts abroad??? Are you really that dumb? Anyone can open an account in another country regardless of the so called international laws that you are referring to. Especially when one has the necesarry documents…what makes you think a president cannot obtain such necessary documents?? I know my parents friends who live in parts of Africa and have accounts in the US simply because they work for the UN. and you would say its IMPOSSIBLE for a president to open accounts in a foreign land? Be rational man!!! dont let your foolish bias prevent you from using your God-Given rationale…now I dont know whether the document above is true of not, but i wont be stupid enough like you by stating and defending it using irrational and stupid statements!!! get a hold of yourself…dont be a fool…

    Mangulenje,
You are wrong to say that people cannot have foreign bank accounts. Many Africans, especially politicians, have accounts in foreign lands. Hope you have heard that some foreign banks had frozen accounts belonging to Mubarack and Ghadafi.

You are also wrong to say that students shouldn’t be involved in politics. How do you define politics? How will you nurture democracy if Universities are silenced? I’m surprised you express no sympathy regarding the death of Chasowa. Just a matter of time before allegations in the publication you trash are proved right or wrong. No one is invinsible.

Harry Mangulenje South Africa: You are a Bingu plant paid to defend Bingu’s Dictatorship and killings. Every comment you give is pro-Bingu or pro Malawi government. I have never left Malawi but I have an account in the Isle of Man. A tiny Island which is part of the British Isles. This is where all the big banks and companies and wealthy individuals own bank accounts to avoid paying taxes in their countries. Others just to hide their wealth. I was able to open the account because I had a job with a Nongovernmental Organisation that was paying me in USA dollars. How was I able to do that?? Mangulenje, just because you left Malawi for Theba, it does not make you an expert in International Banking Laws. Bingu and all the officials mentioned in the document are government officials and they travel abroad all the time. They have money, and resources therefore they can open accounts in any country they want. How do Malawians in the UK, US, Australia, Island and many other countries open accounts in diaspora? People posting here are educated people and well travelled so you are just speaking to yourself, Ndirande Love and Sydney Phiri with your pro Bingu propaganda. You just sound evil in whatever you post here.

Lewanika & all like u are all cowards. Why are you not joining politics yourselves? Chasowa is dead now, his parents and relatives have lost somebody who would support the family financially and otherwise upon completion of his studies. Now, the bright young man is no more, was it worth it? Aphwanga limbikirani sukulu and forget about this rotten politics. It will take you no where. Politics is for people like the Chakwamba, Mpinganjira, Tembo, Kaka, etc. All these people amatukwanizana pagulu but drink tea together. Politics is not for you students. Work hard and complete your studies – we need engineers in Malawi and be careful with people like Kaka who are fond of using students to advance their cause in politics. They are all alive now and it is you young minds that lose lives. Lessons to others, is that what your parents sent you to school to do? Remember all your brothers and sisters needing your future assistance. Limbikirani sukulu a Phwanga

By posting those funny remarks they hope they can earn a fervour to run as Mp’s or something on DPP ticket upon their return. They are prepared to do anything, they spk rubish as if they r in comatoes. They dont feel shame. Everyone can not be complaining and they think only them r right what kind of pple r these? Contract killers or devils.

Enjoy for now, the day is coming and its very soon when u shall run to a lion and say “pls eat me” and the lion will not even find u appetising. The ground will be too hard to swallow u. Out of 15 million Malawians how many r u?

Robert Chasowa a promising engineering student never deserved to die in such a cold blooded manner by the Bingu’s blood thirsty thugs of Dpp.Its well known all over Malawi that Bingu was poor as a church mouse before he joined politics. This was a man scrounging for a living at somebody house in area 15 Namondwes place, ndipo kumwa mowa wodidinditsa pabwandiro until he was rescued by his fellow thief friend Muluzi and gave him a job at the Reserve Bank.Malawi needs to know where he got all these money he has been splashing on jets, moseuleums, ndata ivory tower and some flamboyant 2nd weddings. This is a man who had a battered mudulamoyo bineth minibus kutchukumitsa Likuni likuni chigwirizano and within a very short period of time he has been filthty rich in his old age.He also invites his fraudster mtchona brother Pitala to be a Dpp candidate against the will of malawians using our taxes to promote him for the next no job when he retires in 2014 after finishing his term.
All what was written is true and you don’t necessary have proof that it was penned down by hero Robert chasowa.people are talking of the corruption happening in Dpp everywhere these days. Its not even a secret. The youngman did not deserve to lose his precious life in such a manner to protect the failed name of Bingu.Everybody knows that Bingu is practising politics of poverty and its cheap politics for that matter. Its just a question time before malawians kicks him and be in a court in his old age answering corruption charges.how many people is he going to kill in malawi for just saying the truth? You have to be ashamed with your cheap politics.Robert chasowas’ blood hasn’t gone in vain. One day truth shall come out and don’t blame malawians for your evilness for the love of gold and silver you have found in old age.
